NEAX2400 SMDR Interface SpecificationThe System Message Detail Record (SMDR) feature assembles call events, such as trunk seizures, off-hook, call duration, etc., into coherent call records. A call record message provides detailed information about a particular call. The SMDR interface sends out the Outgoing/Incoming C.O. call information to the SMDR terminal (Personal Computer/Host Computer).
